Multi needle quilting machine skipping adjustment method:

多针绗缝机在使用过程中遇到较多的问题是跳针，如果频繁的出现跳针现象将会严重影响产品的质量。那么，是什么问题引起的？怎么处理？

首先穿线应正确，不正确的穿线方式将会引起跳针、断线及线迹不合等问题。

(1)弯针与机针的调节

(1) the adjustment of the bending needle and the machine needle

直针、弯针安装时应完全插入直针针夹顶部弯针座底部，弯针尖与机针侧面的间隙应保持在0～0.1毫米，弯针退到最后时，弯针尖与机针中心线的距离应保持在2.5～3毫米。机针由下死点上升，弯针开始勾线，当弯针尖与机针中心线重合时，弯针尖应在机针孔上方1.5～2毫米处。

The gap between the tip of the curved needle and the side of the needle should be kept at 0 to 0.1 millimeters. (2)拨线杆的调节

拨线杆应保持平面向上，拨线杆头部活动到达机针中心时，应保证与机针的距离为0.5毫米。当弯针勾住机针线，拨线杆开始拨线时，应仔细调整拨线杆，使其能顺利进入弯针的线环内勾住并拨开弯针线，同时应保证拨线杆与弯针尖头部的间隙在0.1～0.2毫米范围内，实际调整时以刚好不与弯针相碰为宜。

(3)机针线量的调节

当机针下降到下死点时，使针杆过线钩的眼与线量调节杆平齐。如果希望机针线环大些，平缝机、包缝机、绷缝机常用机种等产品品种层出不穷;锁眼、钉扣、套结、花样机、西服开袋等特种机加快了开发力度;应把线量调节杆往上移，反之，则把线量调节杆往下移。
