Ultrasonic quilting is the product of the ultrasonic embossing machine. Ultrasonic embossing machine, also known as ultrasonic lace machine, is an efficient suture and embossing equipment. 根据需熔断的材料不同，厚薄不同，以及花轮的花纹复杂程度，力劲综合调整以下三方面，以达到理想熔断效果：花轮线速度；花轮压力；超声功率大小。

（1）花轮速度较低时，加工材料接受超声波能量时间较长，花轮与钢模接触时间也较长，比较容易熔断。

（2）花轮压力较大时，加工材料接受超声波能量较大，比较容易熔断。

（3）振幅显示器： 其功能是指超声波振子和钢模之间的谐振是否合适。旋转音波调整旋钮，能使读数变化。一般调整到50以下。
