普通绗缝机主要有以下四点不足：
The common quilting machine has the following four shortcomings:
（1） 机器智能不够，不能灵活自动的适应厚薄不同的各种加工面料，绗缝的参数需要操作人员长期仔细摸索。
(1) Machine intelligence is not enough, it can not automatically adapt to different thickness of processing fabrics, quilting parameters need to be carefully explored by operators for a long time.
（2） 机器高速长时间工作的可靠性不够，容易发生断线、线步不均匀、花样变形等质量事故。
(2) The reliability of the machine working at high speed for a long time is not enough, and it is easy to cause quality accidents such as broken wire, uneven wire step and pattern deformation.
（3） 普通绗缝机要靠机器下的模板来进行绗缝，花样单一。换花型模板费用较大。且不方便。
(3) Ordinary quilting machine relies on the template under the machine for quilting, and the pattern is single. The cost of changing pattern template is high. And inconvenient.
（4） 普通绗缝机占地较大，但是绗缝的尺寸却很小。
(4) Ordinary quilting machine occupies a large area, but the size of quilting is very small.
