普通绗缝机主要有以下四点不足：
The common quilting machine mainly has the following four deficiencies:
（1） 机器智能不够，不能灵活自动的适应厚薄不同的各种加工面料，绗缝的参数需要操作人员长期仔细摸索。
(1) Machine intelligence is not enough, it can not adapt to different thickness of different processing fabrics flexibly and automatically, quilting parameters need long-term careful exploration by operators.
（2） 机器高速长时间工作的可靠性不够，容易发生断线、线步不均匀、花样变形等质量事故。
(2) The reliability of the machine working at high speed and long time is not enough, and it is easy to have quality accidents such as broken wire, uneven wire step, pattern deformation, etc.
（3） 普通绗缝机要靠机器下的模板来进行绗缝，花样单一。换花型模板费用较大。且不方便。
(3) The common quilting machine relies on the template under the machine for quilting, with single pattern. It costs a lot to change pattern. And inconvenient.
（4） 普通绗缝机占地较大，但是绗缝的尺寸却很小。
(4) Ordinary quilting machine covers a large area, but the size of quilting is very small.
